Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost
We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99 on every order shipped within the United States.

Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 6–12 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Delays
In rare cases, deliveries may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, bad weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays. If your order has not arrived within 8 business days, please reach out to us and we will look into it right away.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help you resolve the issue.
