Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products by SAS Dimier et Co, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France, through lite-for-me.com, to consumers located in the United States.

Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. The products
We sell general wellness and personal-care devices. Product features, colors and prices are shown on each product page.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in color and finish may occur.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the health notice in our Terms of Service before purchasing.

3. Prices
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
- Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm payment.
- Shipping is charged separately at a flat rate of $4.99 per order and is displayed before you confirm payment.
- You will not be charged any additional import duties or customs fees on delivery.
- The total you pay is the amount shown on the final checkout page.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Promotional prices apply only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

4. How the contract is formed
1. You place your order and pay at checkout.
2. You receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not yet form a contract.
3. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If we cannot fulfill your order, for example because an item is out of stock or because of a pricing or description error, we will let you know and refund you in full. No contract will have been formed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular where we suspect fraud or where an order is placed for resale.

5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.
All payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection. We do not store your full card details.
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

6. Shipping
Shipping terms, costs and delivery times are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.
In summary: flat $4.99 shipping to addresses in the United States, with delivery within 6 to 12 business days.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

7. Returns and refunds
Our 90-day return window and how refunds are processed are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.
In summary: you have 90 days to return an item, and return shipping is at your expense, except where the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

8. Defective products and your legal rights
If a product arrives defective, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full, free of charge.
To make a claim, email contact@veorvo.com with your order number and evidence of the problem (photos or a video).
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits any rights you may have under U.S. federal law or the consumer protection laws of your state.

9. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, carrier failures, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, civil unrest, or the acts of any government or public authority.
If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and either extend the delivery timeframe or, if you prefer, cancel the order and refund you in full.

10. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at contact@veorvo.com with your order number. We acknowledge every complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

11. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence. As a U.S. consumer, you keep the protection of those laws.
